Branded Fire Resistant Antistatic (F.R.A.S) Replacement Tyre Coupling Element (Tyre Only): The chloroprene rubber compound is suitable for use in temperatures of -15 deg C to +70 deg C and has fire resistance and anti-static properties (F.R.A.S). These tyre elements have excellent shock absorbing properties and can reduce vibration and torsional oscillations
If it doesn't say F.R.A.S it's not Fire Resistant Antistatic.
